As a Peace Coach, Rodrigo helps individuals, including top executives and professionals, achieve peace and fulfillment despite demanding schedules. Rodrigo is also a professor at IE Business School, where his courses on resilient leadership and purposeful living are highly regarded. Rodrigo's influence began spreading in 2012, sharing his insights in a practical way, fostering personal and professional success through contemplative mental training. He has helped hundreds achieve significant transformation, purely through word-of-mouth. Additionally, Rodrigo serves as Senior Advisor of Social Impact and Civic Engagement at Beka Finance, leveraging his extensive experience in finance and social entrepreneurship, including co-founding SocialBid and roles at prominent firms like Bain & Company and Goldman Sachs. An Ashoka Fellow and Rafael del Pino Scholar, Rodrigo was recognized as one of Spain's "Top 100 Economic Leaders For The Future" by the Choiseul Institute in 2018.
