IE Mental Health Awareness Week is a dedicated initiative by IE University Counseling aimed at fostering a deeper understanding and awareness of mental health within our community.

This third edition, "Breaking Silence"  will be filled with diverse activities, insightful talks, and interactive workshops, providing students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions about mental well-being.

The theme "Breaking Silence" reflects our commitment to fostering a community where mental health is openly discussed, and where seeking help and supporting others is seen as a strength, not a weakness. It’s about challenging taboos, encouraging vulnerability, and amplifying the voices of those navigating mental health challenges.

By addressing various aspects of mental health, we aim to break the stigma, promote self-care, and equip our community with the tools and knowledge to support themselves and others.

Join us as we come together to prioritize mental health and create a supportive, inclusive environment for all!
