When to use office hours

The Learning Innovation team offers regular office hours where we provide ad-hoc support for topics such as

  • General questions regarding course design and teaching
  • Assistance in transforming course materials and assignments to be AI-inclusive
  • Use of Blackboard
  • Exams, assessments
  • Attendance. Qwickly
  • Proctoring tools, Respondus, SMOWL
  • Grades. Gradebook. Actas
  • Manage videoconferences

INTRODUCING AI READY - OFFICE HOURS

We are excited to introduce 'AI Ready' Office Hours, our new initiative to support you in adapting your courses to the challenges and opportunities of the AI era.

These one-to-one meetings, conducted on Zoom, are designed to offer personalized assistance in transforming your course materials to be AI-inclusive and forward-looking.

We work one-on-one with you to design your course and create new learning experiences for face-to-face, hybrid and online teaching. We can help you try new ideas, address teaching and learning challenges and create approaches that improve your experience as an instructor and enhance student learning. Our instructional designers have ample experience in creating effective learning dynamics for higher education.
