We will explore the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method (breathing, cold exposure & the power of the mind) in a highly experiential workshop.

A workout that combines 4 disciplines, martial arts, military training, boxing, and yoga. Let's train together to celebrate Happiness Week.
Remember to bring comfortable sports clothes, and don't worry, we will have a yoga mat for you!

The contest was open to everyone! The best three pictures will receive a price from the IE Arts & Humanities Division. Besides, the best picture will represent the IE Women & Allies Office.

Finally, the best pictures are now part of the exposition at the IE Creativity Center thanks to IE Photo Club & IEU Arts Club.

A beautifully joint collaboration between IEU Culinary Club and IEU Asian Club will bring the secrets and tastes of such internationally recognized dish.

What do we need to flourish, to connect with our own capacities and deliver our maximum potential?
Is there an experiential way to feel the unconscious burdens that fulfill our day to day?

Yes, there is, IEU Arts Club's professor and IEU Wellbeing's instructor have crafted a fun, inmersive and extremely fruitful activity where students will play with different objects to firstly understand what their personal limitations may be to then create a creative solution to free themselves from within.

Art meets Science, two hours of expressing yourself, of eliminating the common stereotype that argues only arty people are creative, a workshop to better understand who you are and how you can thrive.

One Workshop divided in two sessions:

23rd March at IE Creativity Center 16h
24th March at IE University Segovia Campus 13h

IE Music Club and IE Student Government proudly present the second student Variety Show! Come see your fellow students demonstrate their artistic talents in the relaxed atmosphere of the Creativity Center.

Bring a friend and enjoy an evening of impressive entertainment as well as free snacks and drinks, the best way to clonclude IE Creativity Day 2023.

We suppose that all the doubts about WINTER INDIE CITY (WIC) are generated because it must not be a very common model in the current scene of festivals or "indie" music cycles. And we say this with all due respect to the "heroic era", as they would say, because "indie" at that time meant a series of values and attitudes that are now almost extinct.

This is mainly why IE Creativity Day will close a fantastic journey with the latest taste of good music brought by our WIC friends.

The Race will start at the Athletic Center (-4 floor) and will go up to the 24th floor.
We will give one race number with an incorporated chip to track your times, and a special edition T-shirt to each participant.
There will also be a prize ceremony and many more surprises!

At 11:30am check in will start on the Athletic Center's Sports Court (-4 floor).We will directly open the outdoor glass entrance that connects the park area next to the tower (Monforte de Lemos street) with the Athletic Center’s Sports CourtDuring the check in, we will scan the QR of your IE Connects tickets (make sure to have it ready beforehand!) and we will give you your race number and your t-shirt. In the case you want to keep your goods on a locker, or have a shower after the race, we will give one key to each of you for the Athletic Center Locker Rooms.
You will also have a specific area on the sports court to warm up before the race. 

These will be set up times during the event:
Check in: 11:30am to 12pmRace will start at 12pm. However, depending on your wishes on how to participate, you will be divided in three different groups:
Competitive runners: 12pm to 12:15pm
Runners: 12:15pm to 12:30pm
Walkers: 12:30pm to 1pm 

The award ceremony will start at 13:15pm on the 24th floor.
