Nutrition

How we fuel our bodies is critical to our mental, physical and emotional functioning. Nutrition and sleep go hand in hand. An increase in the amount and variety of vegetables and fruits we eat will improve sleep quality, which in turn improves cognitive functioning and better decision-making. Consider the foods you choose to buy and eat as part of your healthy functioning, emotional regulation and overall vitality. How can you increase the vegetables and healthy protein, while decreasing sugar intake?
